Compassionate but Results Driven

A divorce is always difficult. For me it was one of the lowest points in my life. Melinda and her staff were calm and caring with me while tactful and assertive with my now ex-wife's attorney. She negotiated settlement terms that were creative and unique to my particular situation, but fair. I know that if I ever have a problem in the future I can call her office and hear a helpful voice.

She helps, and then helps again

I used her for my divorce and my ex did not hire counsel. With my suggestions she made sure the settlement was fair to all, and the cost was very reasonable. Then she helped me with my prenup on the next go around. It was well done, and life is good....so is Melinda.
